It is my policy to make sure that as a client of Peggy Bear Arts’ artwork, you are completely happy with your purchase.
If there are any issues with your artwork, please contact me immediately upon delivery so we can work to resolve it.
If for some reason, you are not happy with your art selection, you may return it me within 7 days of shipment received receipt. I can offer you an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Refunds/exchanges will be issued once the artwork is received back to my studio. I must inspect and confirm it is in the original condition that I sent it to you.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Peggy Bear Arts is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking.
