Fall Semester 2024

peggy bear arts is about being of service to others through a God-given gift

Where I am this semester…

It is the fall 2024 semester now. The calendar of work is sandwiched between our two major holidays. It has been a full day every day, and I greet the evenings with fatigue and a desire to rest. The students are always amazing and energetic. It is a gift to be able to work daily with children. They inspire creativity and make me build livable boundaries for them at school.

I am learning about technology at home and at school while doing my best to implement it as I learn; my artwork as I prepare it and all the process will begin to appear. Please keep in mind that I am a slow learner.

I am currently working on small projects, when my strength is up for it. I will be working on this and other projects, like the non-profit direction and service, diligently.

May God bless you where you are at and cover you with His LOVE.

Autumn we fall

We let go and fall into the arms of God because the tiny bits are broken off and scattered. Our roots are deep though, and don’t forget that. We are creatures from our Creator and it is Him that runs through us when we cannot. His words when we are lost to them. His strength when we are weak.

Do we stay sweet and hidden in our ugliness?

We are full of hope in the forms of the seeds planted, the seeds waiting, the seeds lodged into the soil.

Do we dare to open up to God and His will, not ours. His dreams, not ours. His way, not ours.

Do we say yes to stop hiding our sweetness and let go of our ugliness?
